Registration Information 2018-19

Please note: The fee system opens July 30, 2018. You will access the system through Jeffco Connect > Jeffco Student Fee Payment option.

To begin:

Log in to Jeffco Connect with your existing user name and password.  For help, click one of the following links:

1.  Verify all information by clicking on your student’s name. Click on each section on the left including Agreements and verify/update all information. Click “Save” at the bottom of each page. After reviewing all sections, click “Submit” on the summary page.
2.  Return to the home page in Jeffco Connect.
3.  Pay School Fees. Click the Jeffco Student Fee Payment link on the home page.  Click on your student’s name and you will see fees specific to your student’s schedule.  Fees beginning with OPT are optional.  The Tuesday/Thursday after school bus drops students at our feeder elementary schools excluding Powderhorn.  Print or use your phone to show your payment receipt at our Registration/Open House (see below) in order for you to get your student’s schedule and locker assignment. 
4.  Pay for meals.  Families with students who intend to purchase meals need to set up new accounts in SchoolCafe (unless using cash or check).  SchoolCafe takes the place of MyPaymentsPlus from previous years. Funds left in last year’s MyPaymentsPlus account will automatically roll over into your new SchoolCafe account.
Visit Jeffco's Food and Nutrition Services
for costs, menus, allergy info and to apply for Free and Reduced Lunches. You must reapply every year… do so as soon as possible.  This application will be used to apply for waivers for school and transportation fees by selecting “Yes” to Sharing Free/Reduced.
5.  Please PRINT and fill out the Leaving School Grounds form and bring to our Open House/Registration.

When you come to our Open House/Registration (see below), we will verify that the above items have been completed and you may proceed to pick up your schedule and locker assignment.

Open House/Registration Dates:
We will have Open House/Registration for all our students on August 2nd from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm and August 7th from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.   You will need to come to one of these days in order to have your student ready to begin school.  When you come, you will need to bring a receipt that you have paid your school fees online.   At that time, you will receive a student schedule and locker assignment.  Students may also bring their supplies to their lockers.

If neither of these dates work for you, please come August 16th at 7:00 am for 7th grade OR August 17 at 7:00 am for 8th grade.
